Mind your language is a proverb and used in a variety of contexts and situations. I appreciate and comprehend the importance of the notion, for instance:

  • Mind your language concept was taught to me in grade 10 and the philosophy was understood. This notion or proverb is used when someone misbehaves or uses inappropriate language or swears or crosses boundaries while communicating then another person says "please mind your language"
  • This pronunciation truthfully reminds the other person to use appropriate language or admire the boundaries or behave in a respectful way
  • What if every person minds their own language. I believe the conflict and fighting between people may decline or lessen. Mind your language means, you have to be conscious or mindful while selecting vocabulary or communicating. This analogy can resolve a variety of conflicts between husband and wife, mother in law and daughter in law, boss and employees, brother and sisters, teacher and students and in every relationship
  • Words or language is everything when it comes to connection or human relationships. Even animals can understand your tone or language expression. Words can heal, damage, destroy or completely transform your life. Even mind your language when you talk to yourself, may affect your self-esteem and confidence
  • Mind your language next time while communicating. This notion can transform your and others' life. This understanding itself is a blessing

Lungs

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of the pair of lungs in our body. Lungs are the vital organ and life or survival is dependant on the lungs. Lungs are a part of the respiratory system and facilitate the breathing process. I recognize and appreciate its significance for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • Lungs are linked with the respiratory system. If you are breathing well and healthy, be thankful and appreciate that your lungs are functional and operational. Lungs are a blessing
  • There are many people around the globe, struggling with breathing such as asthma, allergies, COVID or a variety of diseases that affect this breathing process
  • Lungs are formed in a way to accept or inhale oxygen from the breath and exhale CO2 and gases for keeping every cell in the body alive and functional. The life of every cell is dependent on the oxygen
  • There are a variety of relaxation exercises that focus on the breathing process. In an intense emotional and fearful situation, a breathing process affects the most. Mental health practitioners, in yoga or meditation, they do primarily focus on the breathing process then proceed further
  • Believe me, healthy lungs and breathing are a tremendous blessing from the creator and I am thankful for being blessed. If we count blessings daily, it may tune our minds to focus on the positive side of everything instead of complaining. Count your blessings is the thought of the day

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the importance of winter life here in Canada. Winter is now jumped in and everywhere is snow with cold breezes or windy. Winter life is distinct from summer life. Winter commences from the start of November with a cold breeze then continues with the snow. I recognize and appreciate its very own significance for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • Canada is blessed with snow vibes and everyone enjoys the first snowflakes. Although life and its quality change with the snow whereas Canadians enter a new phase of the seasons. Lifestyles switch with the clothing, snow jacket, mittens, snow boots, hat and muffler
  • Their quality of meals changes with the season such as they do focus on consuming nuts, soups, coffee, hot meals and a lot more. Wardrobe now with the warm attire, sleeping dress, comforter and even curtains change due to the cold wind
  • We do focus on indoor activities, games, getting together and spending more time with the family. Every single layer of life changes or transitions with a variety of meaningful activities. Personally, I do focus on baking, indoor games, personal development, reconnecting with the extended families
  • I was born and raised in Pakistan and the community is very well known for its winter traditions and values. My family is more focused on the quality of the food and traditionally consumed a variety of meals such as soups, yakhni, paya, bajre ki roti, gajar ka halwa, nihari, fish, BBQ, fried items and a lot more. There is no heating system in Pakistan so people do focus on wearing warm clothing all time such as socks, caps, shawls, sweaters, linen and jacket. Blankets and razai are now in
