Gratitude Note

Today I am grateful for and comprehend the significance of Gratitude Note and its impact on our relationship/bond/connection/association. Gratitude can alter brain chemistry, vibes and rewrite a new synopsis. A gratitude note is a way to write an acknowledging, appreciating and comprehending note to someone's presence, efforts or contribution in our life/surrounding/community or in any capacity. Giving and receiving gratitude have the same impact on brain chemistry, so why not, write some gratitude notes to the loved ones, for instance,  a note can be written to the children, husband, fiance, parents, inlaws, sister inlaws, uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, relatives, colleagues, teachers, sportsman, a librarian, supervisor, mentor, boss, professor, community leaders, MMPs, counsellors, family doctors and the president of the country. I have been planning to write gratitude notes to my supervisor, my husband/children, Imran khan (president of Pakistan) and Justin Trudeau (president of Canada). The content of the gratitude note vary person to person and depends on the relationship, for instance:

  • Gratitude note for husband: A note is written to acknowledge the husband's presence, his efforts and contribution in one's life. A passage can address his positive attitude, behaviours and his unconditional love and affection. This note has to be written with genuine intentions and highlighting strengths only
  • Gratitude note for children: This note can be varied from child to child as every child is distinct from their siblings in terms of strengths, skills, capabilities and your own connection and relationship. Gratitude notes can be placed in a lunch box or in his/her school bag or in the diary/book
  • Gratitude note for the supervisor/mentor: This note can be written to highlight the contribution of your supervisor or mentor in your life for supporting/promoting/guiding you to achieve personal, professional and social goals. You can mention that their advice, directions and supervision is setting up new milestones in your life
  • Gratitude note for the president: In this note, you can mention that their untiring endeavours, struggles and efforts contribute to the economy of this country and indirectly it is positively affecting the community, people and you

Reaching out - Community Ambassador

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of the assigned task as a community ambassador for reaching out to the local businesses for the upcoming COVID 19 vaccines that will be held on SunnyFood mart on Monday, November 8, 2021. The flyer is appealing and eye-catching with bright tones. I recognize and comprehend the value of reaching out for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • This is an incredible opportunity for COVID 19 vaccines for the community. It is a collaboration between Felmingdon Health Centre (fhc), Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office (TNO), Afghan Women Organization (AWO) and East Toronto Health Partners
  • I reached out to the local businesses for distributing and placing flyers in suitable places, so customers/consumers/buyers/clients/purchasers/shoppers can see them immediately and think about vaccination that would be available right to the next local business that's Sunny Foodmart
  • The local businesses I approached, such as Caribbean palm, Hair center, 99 cent depot, Optical, Cash now, Shahab rug and furniture, Family care medical centre, Mulan Chinese cuisine, Shaheen tikka, Lacozy, Salon di belleze, Valley park health care center, Drug shoppers, Tim Hortons, Subway, Pita land, Ariana pharmacy, Convenience, Scrubby coin laundry, Internet cafe, Gerry's, Service Ontario, Pioneer Delicatessen, Kabul restaurant and Bakery, McDonald and Sunny food mart
  • While approaching and meeting a variety of personnel and local businesses, I noticed and recognized that Flemingdon residences are blessed with a variety of opportunities, businesses and merchandise, even though I have been part of the community for 5 years but did not realize the richness and diversity of the local businesses. I usually visit a few of them for my individual requirements, however, this reaching out experience broadened my perspective and heightened  my insight into local businesses
  • I am grateful to the Flemingdon Health Center for this incredible opportunity to me for reaching out and realized the blessings that surround us, I am truly appreciating today's reaching out journey
  • This blog may appeal to or serve a variety of readers and the local residence for vaccination at Sunny Foodmart on Monday, November 8, 2021, from 3 to 6:30 pm
