Bones

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the 206 bones in the human body including my body too. Bones are the crucial and most significant part of the body organs. I recognize and comprehend the significance of bones for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • Bones are the most crucial portion of the body, it gives structure to the body, helps to move in an appropriate way, interact with other organs in a variety of ways and protect the organs
  • Bones are composed of calcium that is made with connective tissues and with bone cells. Bones have a component inside called bonemarrow
  • The muscular and skeletal systems work together to protect the body and are called the musculoskeletal system. Bones are attached with the muscles to function properly
  • Bones issues and problems are indications of diseases and sickness. Pay attention to addressing these issues such as pain, broken bones, fractures or any genital issues or problems
  • Bones promote a variety of body functions such as walking, sitting, holding, controlling, using hands and feet or typing or drawing something, you always need bones to coordinate properly
  • If you are good with fine and gross motor skills, be thankful for having healthy bones and muscles. Bones are a blessing for a human being
