Tandori Rotian

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of preparing tandori rotian at home. Tandori roti is an all-time favourite for everyone. I prepared it at home in the oven. It was hot, aromatic and delicious. This is my very own recipe and I learned it after trial and error. I recognize and comprehend its value for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • The ingredients of this roti are all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, yogurt, milk, baking powder, baking soda and coconut oil. Mix all ingredients and prepare a fine dough then leave it for 2 to 3 hours. Turn the oven to high heat and make rotian. It hardly takes 5 minutes to prepare
  • The most significant part is that it is fresh, very warm, tasty, aromatic and delicious. Even you can have it without any curry. You may create your own version such as garlic nan, green nan, butter nan, til wale nan, kalonji nan, mustard nan and whatever you like, you can add
  • Tandori roti harmonizes very well with a qorma, nihari, chicken or mutton karahi, bhaji, fried beef, namkeen karahis, kaleji, fried lentils and even with aloo ki sabzi and leftover can be eaten in the breakfast
  • Tandori rotian are so flavourful, while preparing, it proffers joy, pleasure, happiness, satisfaction and sense of achievement. Try to make some at home, is the thought of the day
