Rooh Say Rooh Tak (Soul Connections)

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of the session offered by the Malton Women Council (MWC) called "Rainbow Tadka with Rintu Bhatia" facilitated by Rintu Bhatia. This is a series of a session called Rooh Say Rooh Tak (Soul Connections). The name itself is inspiring and inviting. I appreciate and recognize today's session for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • Malton Women council (MWC) offered this session virtually, highly convenient to join, no need to travel or drive, however, everyone dressed up for a celebration
  • Malton Women Council has impacted society at varied levels and facilitates a variety of sessions for every age group. Today's session is something connected or linked with soul or rooh. This session was highly engaging and interactive
  • Rintu Bhatia is a singer and a poet. Rintu Ji was hosting and coordinated the session very well. She introduced every participant respectfully and spread the rainbow tadka with singing, poetry, jokes and games
  • I noticed and sensed the feeling of connectedness and belongingness. There was a giggle n chuckle, joy, laughter, happiness, pleasure and intense satisfaction and fulfillment. These emotions and feelings positively linked with the mental health and wellbeing
  • The session commenced with the song of Zindagi gale laga le and then Rintu Bhatia shared a few lines about Zindagi (inspirational thoughts)
  • The session has proceeded further with Mohini Khosla's devotional song called Bhajan. Everyone was calm and relaxed
  • Hafsa Taqdees articulated and voiced Mr. Ghalib's poetry and then sang some of his poetry. That was outstanding and wonderful
  • Narender Kalsi sang a song with her very own tone and style. I was impressed with the energy, liveliness and rhythm of the scene. This was beyond explanation. Thums up Narender Ji
  • Basant Shori expressed some thoughtful thoughts and shared jokes with the audience. Everyone smiled and laughed. The energy of the session was instantly charged
  • Inam Rahim shared his own poetry with the attendees then he shared a ghazal. There was a wah-wah sound in the session, very thoughtful and reflective poetry. It was presented in a way to touch a soul or rooh
  • Meeta Khanna proffered blessings and prayers for everyone then sang a song in the session. Meeta Ji shared a joke and everyone was chortling
  • Mr. Naveed joined this session from Malaysia and shared his poetry with the audience. His poetry was so deep and full of emotions. I loved listening to such amazing words. Shersaggu ji then read some inspirational poetry
  • Surjit Kaur was an amazing poet and writer. She shared some inspirational worded poetry. Everyone was hooked with the charisma and positive energy that was poured into the session. Surjit Ji communicated some thoughts on soul and shared some of her very own poetry
  • The session was ON with a variety of tints and shades just like a rainbow. It was filled with originality and purity. Such an amazing virtual celebration with MWC
  • I do highly recommend these sessions for the community at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic. This session fulfilled the need to be connected with each other and highly/positively linked with the wellness and wellbeing
  • This is my amazing journey with the soul connections and I enjoyed it a lot and filled with positive vibes and thoughts. Find sessions that soothes your personal, social or professional need, is the thought of the day
