Today I am grateful for being aware of the significance of the immunity power and its related aspects. Immunity power or strength means here psychological, emotional, spiritual and behavioural strength to cope with the everyday influences or stress. If a person is physically strong it is connected with the strong immunity system or vice versa. The same analogy applies to the psychological strength or immunity that prevents emotional infections and keeps us resilient and strong in every situation. People perform a variety of rituals to boost immunity system for instance:
- Proper diet
- Exercise
- Sleep
- Hygiene
- Napping
- Water intake
- Limiting screen time
- Avoid processed food
- Balance personal, social and professional life
For boosting psychological, emotional, behavioural and spiritual immunity, a variety of rituals and practices are recommended, for instance:
- Emotional diet
- Journaling
- Compassion
- Gratitude practice
- Meditation, yoga and reflection
- ME time
- Deep breathing
- Positive self-affirmations
I appreciate and recognize the value of emotional immunity strength and the decrease of emotional infection. If anyone consistently and persistently consumes an emotional diet and practices the above-mentioned rituals, it may positively affect emotions, behaviour and spiritual life. Try to practice some of the rituals and be resilient is the thought of the day
