Today I am grateful for and acknowledge the significance of a bike and its ride. Riding a bike is involved a variety of mechanisms and strategies. Biking is common and popular regardless of age, gender and socioeconomic status. I appreciate and recognize the impact of riding a bike on physical and mental health for a variety of reasons, for instance:
- Riding a bike is full-time fun and entertainment. I personally discovered and noticed, while riding a bike I enjoy and feel pleasure. It affects my wellbeing
- Riding a bike is itself a complete exercise. Fine and gross motor skills are in practice. It helps to improve and boost muscles strength and energy. Riding a bike encourages and control body weight and keep a physique in shape
- The bike is a real blessing as it enhances eye and hand coordination. If regularly ride a bike, it intensifies focus and concentration and further heightens the quality of day to day task
- Riding a bike involves a variety of protocols, for instance, wearing a helmet, how to indicate directions, backlight, mirror and a whistle signal. All these protocols make your and others life safe and secure
- The bike appears in a variety of contours, measurements and shades, even custom build bikes available to address your needs. Mountain bike, hill bikes, regular bike, electronic bike, suspension and gears bikes are in demands
- For children, owning a bike is a treasure for them and you may notice and realize that ownership on their faces and even in their behaviour. They take very good care of the bike
- Here and in America, I found a bike rental facility. Just pay the rent and you are good to ride a bike in the city area, beach, mountain and even in the park
- Riding a bike is environmentally friendly as it preserves fuel, no pollution, positively affect physical and mental health
- There are a variety of YouTubes videos available for learning how to ride a bike. I personally learned from YouTube to ride a bike in 2019 and since then regularly riding a bike. It is positively affecting my physical and mental health
