Gratitude Practice

 


Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of today's session for promoting a change in our life. I acknowledge the platform of Malton-Bazm- e - Khawateen for this incredible session. This session was hosted by Gulnaz Rehan, coordinated by Assia Khatoon and facilitated by Arshi Ali. This session was innovative in the sense to incorporate the change in thoughts, thinking patterns, feelings and emotions. I recognize its importance for many reasons, for instance:

  • The gratitude practice session endeavoured to promote gratefulness, appreciation, admiration, respect, acknowledgement, applause, recognition, and thankfulness in every spectrum of life. The assumptions and philosophy addressed throughout the session were:
    • Meaning of gratitude
    • The variety of words used for gratitude
    • How gratitude can influence our lives in a variety of tones, including stress, sleep patterns, brain wire, neurotransmitters, hormones, happiness, mood, feelings, self-esteem, confidence and relationship
    • Law of attraction and exchange of vibes
    • Strategies to practice gratitude 
  • This was part one, next week the same topic will be continued to unfold layers of a gratitude practice in our life
