Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of the last month of the year 2021 called "December". If you are still breathing and alive, be thankful and appreciate life. December is the last month of the year with the holiday season and everyone plans something to be with the spirit of the month. I recognize and comprehend the value of this month for a variety of reasons, for instance:
- This month is linked with holiday vibes and spirit. Personally, I planned a variety of activities to enjoy the spirit of this month such, watching some movies with my family, baking, playing indoor games, cooking, rearrangements or resetting furniture, playing in the snow, writing some blogs, reading, recycling some clothes, winter cleaning, planning for the new year and take some deep and refreshing rest
- This month offers some special days that might be nationally or internationally acknowledged for some reasons, for instance:
- December 1 is honoured and acknowledged as a world AIDS day to recognize and focus on this illness, its impact and treatment planning
- The international day of persons with disabilities is honoured and observed on December 3 every year for understanding, recognizing, making policies or implementing accommodations
- December 5 is observed as a world soil day for outlining the significance of healthful soils and their impact on the environment
- Human right day is acknowledged on December 10. This day is honoured to identify the human rights and their protocol
- International Tea Day is observed on December 15 every year. Tea is the most consumable beverage around the world and there are a variety of tea available such as black, milk, Kashmiri, green, Hunza and herbal tea
- December 25 is a significant day for the Pakistani community and is the birthday of Quaid-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan. This day is a public holiday in Pakistan. This day is also important for the Christian community around the globe as they celebrate Chrismas
- Last week is the holiday season. All schools, colleges and universities close for business hours and organizations offer vacations. Airlines are full and everyone tries to travel to meet their loved ones. Kindly share your planning or ideas for this holiday season
