Manage Anxiety

 

Today I am grateful for and comprehend the Facebook live session at Malton Bazm-E-Khawateen platform titled "Anxiety disorders, causes and management". Today's session was hosted by Gulnaz Rehan, coordinated by Aasia Khatoon and facilitated by Arshi Ali (Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying). I appreciate and acknowledge today's session for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • I acknowledge and am thankful to the Malton Bazm-E-Khawateen platform for spreading awareness regarding mental health and well-being. This platform is the woman only floor
  • I recognize and appreciate Gulnaz Rehan efforts in hosting these sessions, making flayers and promoting Facebook live sessions in a variety of networks
  • Today's session was part # 2 and mainly focused on strategies and management of anxiety inclinations and disorders

  • It was mentioned that don't be shy for availing of mental health services if noticed any symptoms of anxiety, immediately connect to the family doctor, psychiatrist and psychotherapist
  • This is my journey with Malton Bazm-E-Khawateen for spreading the awareness of mental health and wellbeing
