Live on Facebook - Emotional Diet

 

Today I am grateful for facilitating a session titled "Emotional Diet and its significance on personal, social, professional and spiritual life" at Malton Bazm-E-Khawateen live on Facebook. Today's session was hosted by Gulnaz Rehan, coordinated by Asia Khatoon and facilitated by me. I appreciate and recognize the value of today's session for a variety of reasons, for instance:

  • This session is offered live on Facebook, highly convenient for khawateen to join comfortably. No need to drive, take TTC or formally dress up. They just need to check internet connectivity 
  • The sessions are free of cost to the audience, an excellent source to learn and practice a variety of strategies for mental health and well-being 
  • Facebook live sessions are a great source of support to the community at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic. These sessions promote mental health awareness and erasing stigma in the community attached to mental health
