Today I am grateful for and appreciate this amazing cuisine called Gola Kebab. This is the side dish. Gola kebab is prepared with chicken, mutton, beef and even vegetables. Gola kebab is rich in flavour, aroma and taste. It is profoundly delicious. Gola kebab flavouring is varied from region to region and chef to chef. The most common ingredients are meat or vegetables, fried onion, green chillies, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander, red chillies, besan, garam masala, salt, kebab cheeni and pepri. The best result might get if it is marinated for hours. Gola kebab can be cooked with varied procedures, for instance, grill, bake, charcoal or BBQ, steam, deep-fried or shallow fried. Gola kebab has a punch of taste to the palate and a strong kick to the taste buds. It goes very well with mutton or chicken pulao, mutter pulao, dal chawal, paratha, pori, vegetables. Gola kebab served with chutney, raita with afternoon tea. A variety of dishes or food could be created with the gola kebab, for instance, paratha roll, wrap, pizza, sandwiches, burger, handi, curry, chapati roll, kebab pulao and bun kebab.
