Today I am grateful for the significance of the notion to stimulate your brain for mental health and well-being. Challenge or stimulate the brain to properly function the cells, neurons, neurotransmitters, and brain chemicals. While stimulating cells, one has to be mindful and choose those activities and movements that suit the circumstances and temperament. I appreciate and recognize the value of stimulating the brain for a variety of reasons. Stimulate or challenge your brain by the following activities, for instance:
- Playing sports, for instance, ludo, tennis, cricket, soccer and any other sport. It promotes planning, judgement, interpretations and a person deeply engaged mentally and physically
- Puzzles are a great source to stimulate brain
- Try new recipes for cooking
- Walk around and observe the nature
- Go for a fishing
- Read a book or novel
- Head massage with oil
- Writing a blog, article or poetry
- Riding a bike
- Long drive
- Gardening
- Gratitude practice
- Volunteer activities
- Exercise, jumping, jogging and running
- Mindful for the life
- Chores at home, for instance, cleaning, washing, dusting and mopping. All of these activities require eye and hand coordination, planning where and how to start a task and finish. The brain is truly stimulated and challenged
- Always focus on the positive side of the situation, NO matter what. Be creative and innovative while planning something is the thought of the day
