Today I am grateful for and acknowledge the title of the book "Select your remedy" which's thought-provoking for me. Although this publication is written by Ria Bahadur Bishamber Das for homeopathic remedies. The title of this book is remarkably impressive and exciting. I want to address something around select your remedy at this of the COVID 19 for higher emotional and psychological wellbeing. At this time of COVID 19, everyone at some point in their life influenced by this pandemic, directly or indirectly. For emotional and psychological sustainability in our personal, social and professional life, everyone requires to select a remedy for promoting wellbeing. On the basis of the title "Select your remedy" I am composing a list of remedies for better emotional wellbeing at this time of the COVID 19 while staying at home order is implemented. My advice as a mental health practitioner, please select your remedy that befits your mood, physical health, timings, circumstances and working hours. Select your remedy for instance:
