Biryani
Today I am grateful for and acknowledge this incredible feast "Biryani". This is the most consumed cuisine in the Indo-Pak region but you may find its version and a variety across the globe. Biryani is an all-time favourite in all age groups and socioeconomic statuses. I appreciate its significance for a variety of reasons, for instance:
- Biryani is prepared with rice, spices, meat or vegetables with added gram masala, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, yogurt, anise flower, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, mint/coriander, lemon, dries plums, fried onion, food colour and oil/ghee
- Every single bite of biryani has the potential to punch a flavour of taste on the palate and please the taste buds
- Biryani is genuinely aromatic, fragrant and appetizing. Its aroma and pungent enhances the appetite and craving to taste more
- Positive emotions are attached to this cuisine, even if you know that biryani is on the menu, suddenly you may appear happy and joyful
- Biryani has as many versions as a variety of food, for instance, chicken, mutton, beef, nalli (bonemarrow), egg, paneer, prawn, chickpeas, black lentil, vegetables, fish, tandoori, kebab and achari biryani. Biryani may be found mild and spicy
- Biryani is always prepared with XL rice, which might be basmati, sella, aged or biryani rice. Biryani is served with raita and salad, some may prefer a soft drink with it
- Some specific varieties of biryani are well-known around the globe, for instance, Sindhi biryani, Bombay biryani, Karachi biryani, Punjabi biryani, Nalli biryani, Hyderabadi or kache gosht ki biryani and biryani cum pulao
- Biryani is a part of every ceremony, no matter is sad or happy, for instance, wedding, engagement, Eid, parties, get together, baby shower, Mayon, mehndi and even death of someone
- Nowadays, it is simple to prepare biryani via Youtube videos. You may discover a variety of authentic recipes virtually
- Biryani is the main course of any occasion, even this single menu has the strength to inspire, satisfy and please the guest
- This is my journey with Biryani, how do you relate to this cuisine? is the thought of the day
