    • Attention seeking behaviour
    • Stress
    • Up and downs in life
    • Jealousy
    • Power imbalance
    • Ways of communications
    • Social acceptance
    • Divorce, separation and unexpected life circumstances
  • Due to time limitations, the session jumped to the strategies and management of anger, taken strategies are:
    • Significance of journaling for managing anger

    • Meditation and Yoga
    • Relaxation music
    • Bring happiness to your life
    • Time management
    • Focus on your tone, gesture and facial expression if someone gets angry
    • Distract yourself by drink water, eat something, move, change position or take deep breathing
