Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of being part of the Momentum Steps Challenge. This is a great community engagement and initiated by Abdul Rashid Athar and facilitated by Vidhya. Momentum steps challenge asked at least 15000 steps a week, capture 3 pics of nature and share in the group. Every week, month and end of the challenge there are lucky draws. I am part of this challenge since February 2021 and recognize its value in my life for countless reasons, for instance:

  • Momentum Steps Challenge provides an idea of something momentum and challenges itself at the same time. The title itself a source of inspiration for many people and somehow motivates people to take on a challenge and achieve something daily 
  • Momentum Steps Challenge concept or notion itself inspirational for other people, communities and nations in the world
  • Momentum Steps Challenge genuinely spreading the word in the community for well being and hope at this time of the COVID 19 
  • Momentum Steps Challenge positively linked with mental health and wellbeing. Going outside for this challenge refreshes my mind, thoughts, feelings and emotions. While back, all freshness automatically translates into my behaviour, mood and performance

  • Momentum Steps Challenge provides an opportunity to absorb a load of oxygen, fresh air and move my body in the natural environment or in nature, it encourages me to find harmony in my mind body and soul. I notice a spiritual connection in this challenge
  • I lose 4 lb since joining the Momentum Steps challenge, therefore, it incredibly supports my weight loss journey

  • To meet this challenge, I require to go outside and detach myself from the variety of tasks that truly require strength and energy. I would say Momentum Steps Challenge an "Instant charger" to charge my depleted energy, endurance and strength 
  • It is a sort of "ME TIME" for me to be with myself and I take it to the further level to practice positive self-affirmations for my strengths and vitality, I would say a magnificent bit and a piece of my day. I appreciate the momentum steps challenge for this opportunity
  • Momentum Steps Challenge is gracefully creating a compound effect, balance, stability, and harmony in my personal, emotional, social and professional life. This harmony positively influencing my family, friends and community 
  • Personally, I do take a pause during my walk, take a seat and practice deep breathing. Instantly it boosts my mood and state of mind. After having all these positive impacts on my mood, behaviour and performance, I am hooked on the Momentum Steps challenge
  • Momentum Steps Challenge actually pushed me further to notice my surroundings and capture 3 photos per week. Everyone desires the best photos to share. In other words, this challenge stimulates me to be mindful, focus and concentrate on nature. I found a mindfulness connection with this challenge. While capturing the best  I converge my senses to nature
  • This step challenge is highly meditative, thoughtful, and reflective for me. While walk, I observe, notice and listen to nature, for instance, bird's movement and their fluctuation, geese or ducks in the water, their sound and activities, changing the colour of leaves and plants, water flow and its vibration. All these soothe my body and soul. It is highly therapeutic and meditative for me 
  • While staying in the Momentum Steps Challenge, slowly and gradually you may notice that attitude, approach and philosophy of life are transforming. I found a link to habit evolution. After completing this challenge, the majority of the people will follow steps as a habit and will continue their journey of life
  • Momentum Steps Challenge gives me a sense of belongingness and connectivity at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic. This challenge adds value to my life and daily strikes me a sense of achievement and accomplishment
  • Momentum Steps Challenge connects and unites various souls and communities via this platform. This is a kind of engagement floor for many people, for instant monthly meetups, playing games, listen to stories and perspectives, share photos of nature, learn and get inspired by each other
  • I personally got inspired by the pictures of nature shared by my fellows, that was absolutely stunning. After permission, I wrote many blogs about nature and made these photos part of my blogs
  • I am proud to announce to my family, friends, social circle and community that I am part of this Momentum Steps Challenge. I own it purposely and mindfully. The effects of the Momentum Steps Challenge is beyond explanation and no one can deny its significance
