Happiness in life



Today I am grateful for attending a session "Happiness in life" proposed by Riffat Fatima, in collaboration with The Neighbourhood Office (TNO). I am thankful for Riffat Fatima for her enthusiastic, continued and untiring contribution to the community at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic. It is a magnificent initiative at this time when everyone necessitates an engaging and captivating platform or floor to share thoughts, feelings and emotions. I acknowledge and appreciate this session for several reasons, for instance:

  • Happiness in life was an amazing session to discover diverse perspectives and outlook for better understanding the pleats of happiness
  • Today also learned laughter yoga, demonstrated by Riffat Fatima, I followed each step and at the end, there was a sound of LAUGHTER
  • Variety of notions reviewed and discovered for instance,
    • Essence of happiness
    • The last time when we laugh
    • Have some time for yourself
    • Avoid regrets
    • Importance of giving back
    • Do what you have to do
    • Take time to meditate
    • Active physically
    • laughter
    • Deal with clutter
  • These sessions are profoundly cost-effective and free of charge at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic
  • Happiness in life sessions are offered via zoom, its incredibly convenient, effortless to connect, no need to drive, merely check internet connectivity

  • At this time of the COVID 19, while maintaining two-meter social distance and wearing a mask, these sessions are the blessings for the community to engage and communicate via virtual mode, the most protected and safest tone
