Lego

Today I am grateful for Lego that manages to busy my children. Lego is a blessing and no one can deny its significance. Lego originates in diverse forms, colours and proportions. Legoland is an excellent way to show the youngest soul to explore its hidden perspectives. It serves a variety of purposes for every age group. I appreciate Lego for various reasons, for instance:

• Lego is the source of inspiration and creativity in the life of children even adult can make a lego just to relax themselves

• Lego is the mindful play, here and now and connects with reality, children are grounded while playing with the lego

• The most significant aspect of the lego is that one can reuse, rebuild, reconstruct and reassemble as many times as you require

• Lego is a highly engaging, interactive and playful activity for young souls

• It is a source of pleasure, happiness and affects mood positively, given the fact that it relaxes the mind and body at the same time

• Playing with lego strengthen the eye and hand coordination

• Lego's best quality is to make whatever you want to create, there is no right and wrong creation

• Working with lego further helps to improve focus and concentration

• Lego gives a sense of fulfilment, achievement and success

• Lego is the beautiful connection between the thought process and behaviour

• Even as a parent you can teach many skills and setting boundaries through playing with lego
