Scissor

Today I am thankful for scissors and their significance in our life. Scissor is an incredible invention for shaping our living worthwhile and comfortable. Scissors come in various sizes, shapes and colours. Scissors use for many purposes but it depends on their shape as well. It is really essential for a certain task. I acknowledge and recognize its importance for many reasons, for instance:

• Scissor has been used for many purposes since it was invented

• For cutting a paper, ribbon, rope and mostly used for art and craft activities

• Scissors utilize for cutting a textile to make it merchandise. Personally, I use scissors for recycling clothes 

• Corriander and mint are chopped by scissors and sometimes green chillies

• Scissor helps to open up milk pouch or packet 

• For trimming grass, plants and trees, a special scissor is used 

• Barber handle it for cutting hair and hairdresser use it for hair styling

• Children use it for various purposes, from school assignments to playing rock, paper and scissors game

• Politicians use it for cutting a ribbon or inaugurating purposes

• Several myths attributed to the scissors, more specifically in Asian countries

• Sometimes, mother-in-law describes the resemblance between scissors and the tongue of their daughter-in-law

• Not witnessed, however, heard that scissors are used for casting a spell
