Rocks painting

Today I am grateful for this fantastic activity, highly valuable to connect and enjoy working with hands. Rock painting itself is a calming moment and mindfully engaging. We painted emojis rocks, children were fully engaged with a variety of ideas and I felt blessed with this activity. I would recommend, for instance:

• Find activities and let your children get involved with you. Rock painting is a genuinely great activity for children as it promotes and strengthens eye and hand coordination 

• Ask your children to find activities that are suitable for the family that will promote family engagement and elevate a sense of belongingness

• You just look around, you will definitely be blessed with a variety of activities and ideas such as painting mirror or wood

• While performing those activities, don't forget to practice gratitude, it will promote positivity and some meaning in life
