Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of my own journal named "Enjoy the little things". I do write the things that strike me pleasure, joy and happiness. Sometimes I do write ideas that are pleasurable or enjoyable. I do enjoy little things on daily basis, it affects my mental health and wellbeing. There are a variety of little things or activities that I enjoy the most, for instance:
- Daily writing gratitude practice 365 blog. It gives me a sense of achievement and fulfilment. I do enjoy writing a gratitude blog
- Reading
- Journaling
- Meditation
- Deep breathing
- Enjoy Hunza tea
- Smoothie
- Playing ludo with my children
- Enjoy swings/slides
- Sing for my-self
- Riding my bike
- Long drive
- Morning walk
- Talking with friends/cousins
- Watch movies
- Rock painting
- Doodling
- Painting
- Eating Gol Guppy
- Chat papri
- Enjoy corn soup
- Baking cake rusk
- Cook something special and enjoy it with family members
- Eating nihari mindfully gives me pleasure
- Listening to my children
- Beach walk and see the sunset
- Watching full moon is always pleasurable
- Enjoy rainfall
- Listening to nature music
- Old photos or memories
- Recycle clothing is always soothing and enjoyable
- Talking to my nephew and niece is always pleasurable
- I do focus on small gestures or attitudes and mindfully engage with them. I am really mindful of the approaches to life. These little gestures and things add value to life and are positively linked with wellbeing and wellness.
