Balcony gardening

Today I am grateful for and appreciate the significance of balcony gardening and its impact on thought, feelings and emotions. My daughter planted a variety of seeds in the month of May in a variety of pots and the most significant aspect is that no seeds were bought, all from the kitchen and fridge. Balcony gardening is an amazing hobby for my 11 years old daughter. I recognize and comprehend balcony gardening for a variety of reasons such as:

  • My daughter grew methi, melon, watermelon, 53 tomatoes plants, green/yellow/red chard, kale, mint, coriander, green chillies and beans. Nowadays we have chard and tomatoes harvest every day, it is delicious and organic
  • Balcony gardening involves a variety of cognitive functioning such as assessment, planning, preparation and outlining a balcony for gardening purposes
  • It also teaches and develops perseverance, determination and persistence as all the plants grow from seeds and take time. I noticed that with the plant, their happiness and satisfaction multiply
  • Balcony gardening positively affects thoughts, feelings and emotions. Whenever a new bulb or flower or fruit appears, I could sense the pleasure, joy and excitement on my daughter's face
  • Balcony gardening supports and heightens eye and hand coordination, fine and gross motor skills. It promotes focus and concentration
  • Try to focus and pay attention to building positive, healthy and amazing hobbies. It is positively linked with the variety of functioning in the real-life
