Emotional care

Today I am grateful for being aware of the significance of taking care of my emotions in a way that soothes my nerves. Nowadays, emotions are disturbed or distracted around the world due to the COVID 19 pandemic and uncertainty. Personally, I do take care of my emotions and their health to better cope with the day-to-day busy life. I appreciate and recognize the importance of following practices to bring joy, happiness and satisfaction to my life, for instance:

  • Deep breathing 
  • Reading
  • Me time
  • Walk and talk to my family
  • Ride a bike
  • Meditate
  • Positive self talk
  • Enjoy eating 
  • Be mindful
  • Listening podcast
  • Music
  • Colouring
  • Sketching, doodling and painting
  • Watching cartoons
  • Power nap
  • Film, drama, comedy show or talk shows
  • Long driving
  • Playing indoor games with family
  • Fishing
  • Cooking and baking
  • Writing also soothes my emotions

  1. I recommend the Show "Lupin"...my favourite suspense. That is one thing I am grateful for. Preteens can see it also...
