- Dishwashing itself is a good exercise for the mind, body and soul, for instance, it promotes eye n hand coordination, workout for fine motor skills, mindful exercise for the brain (person be present with the moment to clean dishes), boost sense of achievement whenever the task is completed. I discover a harmony between mind, body and soul while cleaning dishes
