Nature and its connection with Emotions
Today I am grateful for the weather, its start of summer after a long cold atmosphere. Today, the temperature is around 21, a bit warm. I went for a walk with my family and move around in the valley, which's full of nature, bushes, flowers, blossoms, bulbs, birds, sounds, grass, greenery, ducks, geese and water stream. This photo I captured today during my walk to the valley. I came across ducks and their nine ducklings. All of them were in the sunlight and enjoying the warm weather. It seemed that it was a family, that's my observation and conclusion because of the way they were interacting with each other. I and my family enjoyed viewing their movements and interaction. Nature and a natural environment is a blessing, I acknowledge its significance for a variety of reasons, for instance:
- Nature invariably and positively affects thoughts, feelings and emotions. It impacts our mood too
- Whenever I am in nature, I always feel comfortable, relaxed and content with my thoughts, feelings and reflect on it
- It soothes my feelings, induces joy, pleasure and happiness. This state of mind ultimately translate to my personal, social and professional life
- Nature is a kind of instant charger for me. It instantly renews, recharges and restores my depleted energy, vitality and strength
- A variety of activities are connected with this stunning and wonderful nature, I witnessed some of them, for instance, exercise, running, jogging, sports, yoga, meditation, reflection, golf disc, cycling, trek n field, hiking, roller skates, get together, walk n talk, BBQ, photography, meetups, chatting, gatherings, dog walk, and birds sound. People were sitting, standing and resting in nature
- Nature is a good way to practice deep breathing and focus on the inhalation and exhalation process
- Personally, I discovered and noticed a variety of connections with nature. What is your connection with nature? is the question of the day
