Today I am grateful for and acknowledge the significance of the fruit that is banana in our life in a variety of means. Banana could be found regardless of the country and region around the world. Banana is popular and accepted in all socioeconomic statuses, cultures and age groups. I recognize and appreciate bananas for various reasons, for instance:

  • Banana is packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It is loaded with potassium and iron. Banana offers a variety of health benefits
  • Banana's tone, dimension, texture and taste varied from region to region across the globe. You may discover green, yellow, black, spotted even maroon or red skin bananas. It is consumed raw, halfway done, ripe and overripe but most of the time its consumption depends on its usage or the recipes. Banana leaf is utilized to serve meals in many regions of the globe
  • Banana's taste varied from sweet to tangy flavour, however, it depends on what stage banana is, for instance, raw or overripe. It is also consumed steam, deep-fried and shallow fried
  • The most convenient way to consume bananas is eaten raw or uncooked around the world 
  • Banana utilized in a variety of ways in the kitchen, for instance:
    • Banana smoothy
    • Banana bread, muffins, cupcakes and pastries
    • Fruit salad
    • Banana curry
    • Dried banana and chips
    • Banana jelly, jam and marmalade
    • Raw banana used in cooking
    • Banana ice cream
    • Falooda
    • Banana delight
    • Banana custard
    • Lassi and juice
  • Banana peel is utilized for headache, scrubs and polishing purposes
  • It is part of beautifying skincare product, for instance, hand wash, body wash, creams, lotions, balms, conditioners, shampoo and cleanser
  • Ripe banana is used to straight hairs, as a mask, cleanser and comforting skin
