Today I am grateful for painting as a skill and its value for brightening capabilities and strengths. Painting with any medium, for instance, pencils, markers or crayons, watercolour, oil or acrylic painting have its own significance and a specific taste. I acknowledge and appreciate its consequence for many reasons, for example:
- Painting is a wonderful connection between thoughts transfers via the use of fingers. It has a great impact on eye and hand coordination. In other words, painting strengthens that coordination amazingly
- No matter what is being painted, however, it is a fascinating and captivating way to transfer your thoughts, feelings and emotions
- Painting if done regularly or consistently, may improve focus and concentration
- Brushing and making art is extremely meditative movements, it supports to release of stress, overcoming nervousness, tension and worry at the same time
- Painting is an engaging and appealing activity as it engages all five senses. It is a kind of mindfulness
- Nowadays, art therapy is in demand for understanding the feelings and emotions of the client. It is perfectly going well to the children
- Buy some canvas and colours for yourself and your children then paint something is the word of the day
