Mindfulness

Today I am grateful for mindfulness as part of my life regularly. Mindfulness is the way of living genuinely and sufficiently enjoying one's life.  Mindfulness implies whatever you are up to or engage with, be engaged with the five senses. Be present with the present moment or be mindful with all your senses for instance, if you are eating or sipping or doing something then be mindful but how? How would you engage all five senses with the situation?

Look at the .......

smell.......

Listen......

Touch........

Taste.........

If I am enjoying a cup of tea I first look at the cup, smell fresh and warm tea then touch and hold that cup. Next, take a sip from the cup and satisfy my taste buds noticed my sip vibration. Now I am fully engaged with the cup of tea. This is how I enjoy every moment of my life for being aware of the significance of mindfulness. I am thankful for mindfulness. This way of living is connected with the satisfaction, contentment and pleasure in life. Find something soothing and calming at this moment and connect mindfully is the thought of the day
