Mental Health Rapid Response Community Leadership Program
Today I am grateful for Mental Health Rapid Response Community Leadership Program for encouraging me to write about my experience, how this program impacted me and what I learned from this program that has been helpful for me since the training on November 21, 2020. I appreciate and recognize its significance for many reasons, for instance:
- This training session was over the zoom, extremely convenient to join at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic while social distancing law was imposed. No requirement to travel or preparations, just need to check internet connectivity
- This program was funded and cost-effective for the participants as it was free and trainee received 100 $ for this training and certification
- Rapid Response Community Leadership Program was a blend of a variety of knowledge pieces for instance:
- How to notice and recognize the sign of distress?
- Communication for understanding concerns
- Usage of proper and appropriate language
- How to convey or express a message of hope?
- How to manage a crisis situation?
- Why self-care is significant?
- Rapid Response Community Leadership training was incredible for unfolding deep layers of mental health and well-being. My knowledge was developed and enhanced as far as mental health is concerned
- I found myself more genuine, reliable, empathic, an appropriate response to the situation, listening and focusing on self-care at the same time
- The rapid Response Community Leadership session was well delivered and presented on the mental health concerns
- Now I am connected via telegraph to a Rapid Response Community Leadership General Channel. This is an excellent platform to connect other community leaders
- Many sessions I attended that truly enhanced my knowledge and awareness
- Rapid Response Community Leadership General Channel is now a global village for me to expand my horizon of understanding concerning mental health
- I discovered various valuable and practical resources at this platform for excellence while addressing mental health concerns at this time of the COVID 19. I have prepared a specific folder containing all resources named "Community of Practice". I noticed further growth in my career development
- I acknowledge and recognize that Rapid Response Community Leadership program was a blessing for me at this time of the COVID 19 pandemic
