Project TEACH

Today I am grateful for attending the webinar by Project TEACH. I am attending this series of webinars since 2020. Project TEACH is one way that OMH is working to meet the mental health needs of children and families. Its mission is to strengthen and support the ability of New York’s pediatric primary care providers (PCPs) to deliver care to children and families who experience mild-to-moderate mental health concerns. Project TEACH, ACOG District II and NYSDOH's NYSPQC are hosting a webinar on the integration of maternal mental health into obstetrics using an employee-based insurance model, and a focus on maternal mental health disparities and steps for achieving equity. I am appreciating these webinars for various reasons, for instance:

  • These webinars supporting to grow my awareness in this particular field, since registering these series, I never missed a single webinar
  • It is time-saving and convenient at this time of the COVID pandemic to join webinars over the zoom
  • Question answer session is awesome to get answered and clarify concepts
  • It is money-saving as well, over the zoom, connect and nurture/expand knowledge
  • Find your regional or international webinars in your own profession or discipline and expand your horizon, is the advice of the day
